Al Salam Bank : “Danat Al Salam” Second Grand Draw Winner of US$150,000

Al Salam Bank-Bahrain, one of the pioneering Shari'a-compliant banks in the Kingdom, announced the second Grand cash prize 'Golwah' worth US$150,000 as part of this year's 'Danat' Saving Scheme to Mr. Ali Abdulla Mohsen. Additionally, 10 special Ramadan 'Fusoos' prize winners, Mr. Fares Adel Al Mahmood, Ms. Hiyfaa Hossen Bessomy, Mr. Mohamed Helal Ebrahim, Mr. Mohammed Abdulla Hasan, Mr. Sharif Tharwat, Mr. Ahmed Ali Alhamar, Mr. Mustafa Ahmed Alhayki, Ms. Adhiya Mohamed Alsabaiee, Mr. Hasan Abdali Mohamed and Mr. Mohammed Ali Al Noaimi were also awarded with Umrah pilgrimage package. The prize was awarded by Mr. Mohammed Buhijji - Acting Head of Retail Banking at the Bank's headquarter in the Bahrain World Trade Center (BWTC).

Mr. Mohammed Buhijji, Acting Head of Retail Banking expressed on behalf of the Bank, 'we congratulate our second grand prize winner and all special Ramadan prize winners. At Al Salam Bank, we take great joy in rewarding our customers and see 'Danat Al Salam' savings scheme has positively helped in changing their lives by making their dreams come true. This month draw, we introduced a special prize of Umrah Pilgrimage package to our customers on the occasion of the Holy month of Ramadan and we will continue to award our customers with exclusive privileges through Danat Al Salam that gives them great returns on their investment.

He further added, 'With our second grand prize of 2016 concluded, we encourage all our customers to continue to benefit from our value-added rewarding scheme by building their investments by 1st September for a chance to win our 3rd grand cash prize worth $200,000 which will be given away in October.'

To be eligible for the prize draw, customers can open Danat savings account at any Al Salam Bank-Bahrain or BMI Bank branches with a minimum deposit of BD50. The Danat savings scheme draws will be supervised by a representative from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and Tourism along with the internal and external auditors and in accordance with Bahrain Central Bank and Chamber of Commerce and Industry Laws.
