Legal basis: Art. 56 (1) (2) of the Act on offerings - current and periodical information Contents of the report:The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (the "Bank") hereby informs that today it acknowledged information on announcement from the Operations Department of the National Depository of Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) (the "NDS") informing that on August 29th, 2017, the following ordinary bearer shares of the Bank, with a nominal value of PLN 10 (ten zlotys) each and assigned ISIN code "ALIOR00045", will be register with the NDS:
2 776 (two thousand seven hundred seventy six) series D shares;
2 785 (two thousand seven hundred eighty five) series E shares;
300 (three hundred) series F shares.
In addition, in reference to the current report No. 48/2017, the Management Board of the Bank announces that the condition for the registration with the NDS of the series D, E and F shares on August 29th, 2017, as provided in resolution No. 981/2017 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the "WSE") regarding the introduction, by way of ordinary procedure, of the series D, E and F shares to trading on the main market of the WSE, was fulfilled.
Legal basis: § 34 section 1 (1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19th, 2009, on current and interim information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of the countries outside the EU.
