ALLIANCE TRUST PLC DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Alliance Trust PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Gregor Stewart as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 December 2014.
Gregor is currently a professional adviser to international financial services groups. He was Finance Director for the Insurance Division of Lloyds Banking Group from 2009 to 2012, having previously been a partner in Ernst & Young LLP's financial services practice from 1999 to 2008.
