Mr André Pabst, member of the Board of Directors of ALTIN AG has informed the president of the Board of Directors of ALTIN AG that he will resign from the board of directors on the date of the next ordinary shareholders' meeting, scheduled for 16 Mai 2017.

The board of directors and management regret the decision and thank André Pabst for his valuable and long-term commitment and wish him every success in his further endeavors.
