The Company effects the investment, through its subsidiary, Altin (Cayman) Ltd., Grand Cayman (the Subsidiary). Alternative Asset Advisors SA is the investment manager of the Company. Absolute Invest AG, a unit of Alpine Select AG, holds a majority stake in the Company.
