Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba), one of the world's leading aluminium smelters, welcomed H.E. Mr. Vagif Garaev, Ambassador of the Russian Federation and other Russian diplomats in July, 2015.

Alba's Chief Executive Officer, Tim Murray, Chief Operations Officer, Isa Al-Ansari, Chief Financial Officer Ali Al Baqali, and Acting Chief Marketing Officer, Khalid Abdullatif met with the Ambassador.

The main purpose of the visit was to meet with Alba representatives and know more about the smelter's production processes as well as its role in supporting Bahrain's economy.

Speaking about the visit, Alba's CEO, Tim Murray said:

"We thank H.E. Mr. Vagif Garaev for honouring us with this visit, which was a great opportunity to highlight the smelter's activities as well as its systems of safety and environment."
