Aluminium Bahrain BSCC : Alba honoured with ‘Best Nationalisation Initiative’ Certificate

Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C., the Bahrain-based International smelter and a leading employer of Bahrainis, is proud to have won the 'Best Nationalisation Initiative' Certificate at the MENA HR Excellence Awards 2016, which was held recently at Sofitel, Dubai.

This is a top honour for Alba, which testifies the Company's pioneering role in the region as well as its continuous efforts towards nationalization and human resources development in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Speaking about this honour, Alba's Chief Executive Officer, Tim Murray said: 'Alba is aligned with the Kingdom's Economic Vision 2030 to recruit, train and develop Bahrainis and provide them with meaningful careers for an enriching future. Alba's Manager, Human Resources Hamad Al Shaibeh received the Certificate at the ceremony of the MENA HR Excellence Awards 2016, the region's leading HR platform dedicated to recognising talent managers, business and thought leaders.
