(collectively, the “Company” or “Herr-Voss”), to Andritz (USA) Inc., an affiliate and member of ANDRITZ GROUP (ANDR:Vienna). Grey Mountain had partnered with the Company since 2007.

The Company provides mission critical equipment maintenance, repair, and refurbishment services to mills and service centers throughout North America. Herr-Voss also engineers, manufactures, installs, and services a portfolio of proprietary coil-processing equipment.
