Baader Bank strengthens its Corporate Communications

Unterschleissheim, 6 April 2018: Katharina Ariane Beyersdorfer became the Head of Baader Bank's Group Communications team on 1 April 2018.

Baader Bank has thus further strengthened its corporate communications, which is of particular importance for the bank. This is to further improve communications with stakeholders including customers, business partners, investors, and the employment market.

Before Katharina Beyersdorfer joined Baader Bank as a Senior Manager approximately a year ago, she managed the Communications and the Stakeholder Relations Projects at DIRK - Deutscher Investor Relations Verband (the German Investor Relations Association) for five years. Katharina began her professional career at Sal. Oppenheim in Equity Sales and Fresenius Medical Care in the Investor Relations department. Katharina is the co-head of DIRK's 'Rhine-Main' and 'Munich' regional working group and also heads the 'Financial Communications' working group of DPRG - Deutsche Public Relations Gesellschaft (the German Public Relations Association).

Nico Baader, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, is responsible for the communication at Baader Bank. Ms Beyersdorfer reports to Florian E. Schopf, Head of Group Strategy & Communication and a Managing Director. Nico Baader explains: 'The decision to further professionalise our communication outlines our efforts to significantly expand corporate communications and investor relations'.
