These skills are crucial when it comes to companies offering more permanent positions. In fact, by2020, social skills are expected to be the ones employers demand the most. The main reason behind this trend is that employees feel more comfortable in their jobs, cutting down on workplace conflicts.

Emotional intelligence - understood as the ability to manage feelings - is the social skill that is valued the most. Experts say it's the key to professional success and report that women are better at controlling emotions than men.
