Currently, communication between Danamon's management and Labor Union is conducted intensively and is facilitated by officials from the Ministry of Manpower, covering, among others, the education process regarding labor matters. Subsequently, we are in the phase in which both parties are in talks to renew the Collective Work Agreement. In principle, the management is always open for communication, including in addressing inputs from employees and the Labor Union.
Danamon respects the rights of employees and Labor Unions in communicating their aspirations as long as they are within the prevailing regulations.
In ensuring the sustainability of its business and amid a competitive business climate, Danamon continuously conducts business transformation through a number of initiatives, including, among others, business restructuring, consolidation, and others. These initiatives can impact the business network and employees. Danamon ensures that the business transformation process is conducted in line with the prevailing regulations and respects the rights of all employees. For employees who are impacted, the management is prioritizing in providing opportunities for internal recruitment, required training, as well as giving the chance for employees to propose early retirement.
Danamon fully complies to the prevailing Labor Laws and strives to provide the best to employees in line with the company's conditions and abilities.
