Subject: Information about transactions obtained pursuant to Art. 19 (1) of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR)

Legal basis: Art. 19 (3) of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) - information about transactions conducted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") hereby provides to the general public notifications of transactions referred to in Article 19 paragraph 1 of the REGULATION (EU) No 596/2014 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 April 2014 on market abuse ("Market Abuse Regulation").

Notifications of transactions have been submitted to the Bank by the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the Bank:

• 1) Sławomir S. Sikora - President of the Management Board,

• 2) Maciej Kropidłowski - Vice President of the Management Board,

• 3) Witold Zieliński - Vice President of the Management Board,

• 4) Katarzyna Majewska - Member of the Management Board,

• 5) Czesław Piasek - Member of the Management Board.

The Notifications are attached herewith.

The Notifications refer to the confirmation of acquisition of the rights to the variable remuneration for the years 2014-2016, granted conditionally in the years 2015-2017 in the form of Long-Term Phantom Share Awards.
