COMPLETION OF CONNECTED AND DISCLOSEABLE

TRANSACTION IN RELATION TO

(I) DEEMED DISPOSAL; AND (II) OPTIONS GRANTED

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 15 December 2017 (the"Announcement") in relation to the deemed disposal and options granted.

Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

COMPLETION OF THE DEEMED DISPOSAL AND OPTIONS GRANTED

The Board is pleased to announce that all the Conditions under the Subscription Agreement had been fulfilled or waived pursuant to its terms, Completion has been taken place on 8 February 2018. Following the Completion, the CIPGL, Investor A and Investor B held 86.24%, 6.88% and 6.88% of the issued share capital of CIPHL respectively and the options has been granted to each of Investor A and Investor B by CIPGL.
