Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 6 June 2016 in relation to the Supplemental Agreement on Deposit Services and the announcement of the Company dated 27 June 2016 in relation to the delay in dispatch of the Circular (collectively, the "Announcements"). Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements unless defined otherwise herein.

As disclosed in the announcement of the Company dated 27 June 2016 in relation to the delay in dispatch of the Circular, the Circular containing, among other things, (i) further details of the Supplemental Agreement on Deposit Services, (ii) a notice of the SGM, and (iii) other information as required by the Listing Rules, was expected to be dispatched to the Shareholders on or before 19 July 2016 (Tuesday). As additional time is required for the Company to prepare and finalise certain information for inclusion in the Circular, it is expected that the dispatch date of the Circular will be further postponed to a date falling on or before 22 July 2016 (Friday).
