Borders & Southern (AIM: BOR), a London based independent oil and gas exploration company, announces that its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2014, together with the Notice of Meeting, has been posted to shareholders. Both documents will be available shortly on the Company's website.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 25 June 2015 at 11.00 a.m. at the Institute of Directors, 116 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5ED.
