Bouygues Immobilier acquires Loticis to expand its urban planning-subdivision activity in the Paris region

Issy-les-Moulineaux, 3 December 2014
Bouygues Immobilier has just acquired 100% of Loticis, a company specialising in urban planning and subdivision in the Paris region, as well as the estate agency Le Chêne Vert.
Located in Montfort L'Amaury and founded in 1986, Loticis specialises in urban planning operations in the Greater Paris area that preserve the landscape. These are marketed either in macro-lots to property companies (developers, social landlords), or directly to retail customers as buildable land.
These companies, which currently employ around 15 people, are to become Bouygues Immobilier subsidiaries and will continue to collaborate with their former senior management.
Thanks to this new acquisition, Bouygues Immobilier will be integrating a new line of business that fits well with its core activities, thus helping to expand its single-family homes segment in the Paris region.
François Bertière, Chairman and CEO of Bouygues Immobilier said "Thanks to the expertise and know-how of Loticis and Le Chêne Vert, we'll be able to launch small residential apartment block as well as single-family home developments throughout the Greater Paris region, thus reinforcing Bouygues Immobilier's range of property development activities."
