NEGOTIATION OF SALE IN BAHIA
BrasilAgro - Companhia Brasileira de Propriedades Agrícolas ("Company"),
complying with the provisions of Article 157, Paragraph 4 of Law 6404/76 and of Instruction No. 358/02 of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ("CVM"), hereby announces to its shareholders and to the market in general that it is negotiating the partial sale of one of its properties in the Bahia state for the total amount of approximately R$164.8 million.
The Company will keep its shareholders and the market informed about said possible sale, as well as its terms and conditions, should it come to be realized.
