Buckle : Receives Red Cross Spirit of Philanthropy Award

At Buckle, we believe in giving back through our people, our product, and our purpose. Whether it's volunteering our time, selling merchandise that gives back, or the latest promotion supporting a non-profit organization - if there's cause to get behind, we have Teammates who have an eager passion to stand behind it.
It was that passion for philanthropy that lead to an award-winning promotion. A promotion that was recognized this June by the American Red Cross, and earned Buckle the Spirit of Philanthropy award from the Central and Western Nebraska chapter of the American Red Cross.

Rewind to the fall of 2017, when Hurricane Harvey made landfall in parts of Texas and Louisiana, our Teammates were quick to do their part in providing relief to what became one of the most costly natural disasters in the United States.
The plan was simple - sellGod Bless Texas t-shirtsand donate 100% of the proceeds to the Red Cross - but our Teammates' actions were phenomenal. The t-shirts flew out the door as fast as they came off the screen press.
Thanks to Buckle Teammates and Guests, $132,000 was raised for Hurricane Harvey, in no time.
While it feels amazing to be recognized for our efforts - what's most important is that we came together as a company to support those in need.
