CREIM Limited and Oxley Capital Limited are wholly-owned by CREIM Holdings Limited and Oxley Capital Holdings Limited respectively. Oxley Global Limited has a 100% interest in the issued shares of both CREIM Holdings Limited and Oxley Capital Holdings Limited.
