CANCOM shows double-digit growth in revenues and earnings

Munich, Germany, 09 November 2017 - In the third quarter of the current financial year, CANCOM Group again showed a strong business development. Revenues and earnings (EBITDA) achieved double-digit growth rates compared to the same period of the previous year.

Consolidated Group revenues for the third quarter rose by 21.1 percent from Euro 225.5 million in q3/2016 up to Euro 273.1 million in q3/2017. In the same period, the Group achieved an increase of 16.9 percent in consolidated EBITDA compared to the previous year's quarter from Euro 17.2 million to Euro 20.1 million. Particularly, the performance of the cloud solutions segment considerably accelerated in the third quarter with revenues up 20.3 percent and EBITDA up 47.9 percent.

From January to September 2017, Group revenues grew from Euro 717.7 million in 2016 to Euro 809.0 million now, which is a plus of 12.7 percent compared to the same period of the previous year. Group EBITDA and Group EBIT increased as well, by 10.6 percent respectively 13.1 percent up to Euro 55.5 million (2016: Euro 50.2 million) respectively Euro 38.8 million (2016: Euro 34.3 million).
