New Orleans (August 17, 2016) -- Capital One Bank today announced that almost all of its offices in Baton Rouge and surrounding communities impacted by recent flooding have reopened.

Only five locations in the region will remain closed today: Albany, Highland Road, Plantation, Watson and the Baton Rouge Main Office Drive-Up.

All other branches in the region are scheduled to open at their regular times this morning, except for the LSU Tigertown branch and Sherwood Forest Drive-up in Baton Rouge and Burnside branch in Gonzales, which are scheduled to have a slightly delayed opening at 10 a.m.

The remainder of branches across Louisiana are open for business as usual.

Capital One Bank continues to monitor local conditions to determine any branch closings or delayed openings today or tomorrow. The bank's decisions regarding closing and reopening of branches are based on the safety of bank associates and customers, electrical power availability, weather and road conditions, and staffing considerations.
