Capital One Bank Names Patrick Moore New Head of Treasury Management's Product Management & Innovation Group

McLean, VA (September 10, 2015) - Capital One Bank today announced the appointment of Patrick Moore as Executive Vice President and Head of Treasury Management's Product Management & Innovation group. In this role, Moore will drive the Bank's Commercial and Small Business payment strategies, leading all aspects of the product management and development functions for the Treasury Management product line. He will lead the Bank's efforts to develop new treasury management product channels, with a focus on digital innovation and the introduction of industry- and segment-specific solutions. Moore will also oversee Treasury Management's Revenue and Liquidity management group, which operates all aspects of the Commercial Deposit P&L and sets balance and liquidity strategy. He will report to Colleen Taylor, Head of Treasury Management and Enterprise Payments.

Moore joins Capital One from JPMorgan Chase, where he was most recently Head of Global Financial Crime Investigations. Prior to that, his roles included BSA/AML Corporate Program Executive and Latin America Expansion Executive. His treasury management experience includes a variety of leadership roles at Bank of New York Mellon and 10 years at JPMorgan Chase earlier in his career. He also spent four years with Fifth Third Bank as its Treasury Management Product Executive, where he repositioned that organization as a national provider of treasury management services.

During his career, Moore has been instrumental in the development of new business models, while streamlining operations and leveraging state-of-the-art technology to launch innovative solutions that support business growth, market penetration, increased revenue and competitive differentiation.

Moore earned an MBA in Finance from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Notre Dame. He resides in New York City.
