CARDNO LIMITED Cardno's Americas region welcomes William (Bill) Fontenot to the role of Regional Manager, East Texas and Oklahoma Operations. Bill brings to Cardno more than 18 years of experience in the environmental services industry, where the majority of his work experience has focused on oil and gas projects.
He has managed and completed assignments involving environmental due diligence, soil and groundwater assessment and remediation, liability estimates, spill response and closeout, right-of-way assistance, and asset sales support. Bill has experience with refined and crude storage terminals and natural gas plants, and has evaluated more than 30 pipeline systems that transport crude, natural gas, refined or highly volatile liquid commodities.
Bill also brings extensive management experience to Cardno. He has led large project and business development teams and has managed branch operations in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arizona, providing environmental as well as construction management services.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Sustainable Resources from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
