The shareholders of Cegid Group are invited to attend the Ordinary and Special Shareholders' Meetings taking place on:

Notice of the meeting, including the agenda and the draft resolutions, was published in the BALO (Bulletin of Mandatory Legal Announcements) n° 42 of April 7, 2014.

The invitation to attend the meeting was published in the BALO n° 50 of April 25, 2014, as well as in the journal of legal announcements "LE TOUT LYON" of April 26, 2014.
