Australian Securities Exchange Company Announcements Platform Centuria Property Funds Limited as Responsible Entity for Centuria Metropolitan REIT (ASX: CMA) Market Update - Appointment of Director

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Darren Collins as a Director of Centuria Property
Funds Limited.
Darren was Vice President of Finance and Administration of several operating divisions of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) from 1997 to 2013. During his 16 years with CSC, he was the lead financial executive for businesses operating in Asia, Australia and the United States of America.
From 2004 to 2009, Darren was also a non-executive director of three IT services companies listed on the stock exchanges of Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur respectively.
Darren holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of New South Wales, and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
In addition to his wide-ranging commercial background, Darren brings his extensive experience in accounting, audit and financial management to the Board of Directors, as well as a strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulation.
The appointment is effective from 10 March 2015.
