Reference is made to the press release published by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") on 9 July 2014 in relation to, amongst other things, the criticism of Changfeng Axle (China) Company Limited (the "Company") for its breach of the then Rule 13.09(1) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange (the "Listing Rules").
Pursuant to the directions of the Listing (Disciplinary) Committee of the Stock Exchange, the Company has appointed Alliance Capital Partners Limited as its compliance adviser (the "Compliance Adviser") on an on-going basis for consultation on compliance with the Listing Rules for a period of two years with effect from 6 August 2014 and such appointment is satisfactory to the Stock Exchange. During the term of appointment, the Compliance Adviser will be accountable to the Company's audit committee.
Alliance Capital Partners Limited is a licensed corporation under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities.
