The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that Mrs. Chow Woo Mo Fong, Susan ("Mrs. Chow") will retire as an Executive Director of the Company and cease to act as Alternate Director to Mr. Frank John Sixt, both with effect from 1st August, 2016. After her retirement, Mrs. Chow will remain as Alternate Director to Mr. Fok Kin Ning, Canning. Mrs. Chow has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and that she is not aware of any matters relating to her retirement that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mrs. Chow for her valuable contributions to the Company during her tenure of office.
