( Stock code: 01898) Further Announcement on Payment of the Final DividendReference is made to the announcement of China Coal Energy Company Limited (the "Company") dated 16 June 2015 in relation to, among others, the payment of the final dividend for the year 2014 for holders of H shares of the Company (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, capitalized terms used herein have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.
The Board is pleased to announce that the final dividend for holders of A shares of the Company for the year 2014 is expected to be distributed on Monday, 6 July 2015 to the shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the register of members of A shares of the Company on Friday, 3 July 2015.
Investors' attention should be drawn to the announcement dated 29 June 2015 regarding the detailed arrangement of the distribution of final dividend for A shares of the Company published on the website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
