FURTHER SUCCESSFUL BID FOR THE GUANGDONG WELFARE CTG LOTTERY INFORMATION SYSTEM TECHNICAL SERVICES PROCUREMENT PROJECT

The Board is pleased to announce that Bestinfo, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has successively won a bid for Welfare CTG Lottery information system technical services procurement project in the province of Guangdong recently.

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of China LotSynergy Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as the "Group") is pleased to announce that Beijing Bestinfo Cyber Technology Company Limited ("Bestinfo"), a wholly owned subsidiary, has won a bid of "Welfare Computer Ticket Game ("CTG") Lottery Information System Technical Services Procurement Project for Guangdong Welfare Lottery Issuance Centre".

In accordance with project requirements, Bestinfo will provide operation maintenance for the three main systems currently in use by Guangdong Welfare Lottery, including the Welfare CTG Lottery Sales Management System, the Lottery Data Analysis System, and the Official Website System, together with technical development for new business and new functions. The project is contracted for a term of three years.

Bestinfo has been serving Guangdong Welfare Lottery for 18 years since commissioned by China Welfare Lottery Centre to develop Guangdong Welfare Lottery's CTG Lottery Information System in 2000. The CTG Lottery systems provided for Guangdong Welfare Lottery by Bestinfo, which is safe and stable without any accident of responsibility over the years, has been a vital platform safeguard for the robust development of Guangdong Welfare Lottery's sales, its comprehensive functions as well as the localized team addresses the various needs in a timely manner along the sales and issuing process of the Guangdong Welfare Lottery. The Group has been growing along with the rapid development of Guangdong Welfare Lottery by working closely together. The comprehensive services including the CTG systems and terminals to Guangdong Welfare Lottery provided by the Group, helping Guangdong Welfare Lottery to become the largest provincial lottery market in terms of the number of connected terminals and sales in the nation.
