The Company received the 'Approval from the China Banking Regulatory Commission on Appointment Qualification of Li Xiaopeng of China Merchants Bank' (Yin Jian Fu [2015] No. 628) recently, approving the qualification of Mr. Li Xiaopeng for serving as Vice Chairman of China Merchants Bank. The appointment of Mr. Li Xiaopeng as Vice Chairman of the Company has taken effect from 6 November 2015, and he will hold office until the expiration of the term of the Ninth Session of the Board of Directors of the Company.
