China Petroleum & Chemical : Aiming for New Breakthrough in Building World-Leading Energy & Chemical Company

The 2014 Sinopec Annual Work Conference was held in Beijing on January 15. At the Conference, general requirements for work in 2015 were announced. They include to conscientiously implement the essence of the 18th CPC National Congress, the 3rd and 4th Plenary Sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the Central Economic Work Conference and the Conference of Heads of Central Enterprises and Local State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commissions; to insist on the general principle of making progress while maintaining stability and take the initiative to adapt to the new normal; to insist on deepening reform, transforming the development mode and stringent management with a close focus on quality and efficiency improvement; to attach more attention to restructuring, resource optimization and innovation-driven growth; to enhance risk management and control; and above all, to fully mobilize various forces with a view to building a world-leading energy and chemical company.
