China Petroleum & Chemical : Sinopec Holds Seminar on Risk Management in Interest Rates and Exchange Rates

A seminar on risk management in interest rates and exchange rates was recently held by Sinopec in Beijing, which brought together heads of the Financial Departments of Sinopec Group and Sinopec Corp., Sinopec Finance Co., Ltd and finance divisions of relevant subsidiaries. At the seminar, speakers from Sinopec Finance Co., Ltd and Sinopec Century Bright Capital Investment Ltd explained the current trends of interest rates and exchange rates, features of foreign exchange derivatives, risk management procedures, and foreign exchange management policies, followed by a discussion to address the practical needs in international financial operations.
