Recently, the generator of Shenhua Guohua Beijing Gas Thermal Power Project of China Shenhua Energy Company Limited (the "Company") has successfully completed its 168-hour full-load trial run and been put into commercial production.
The generator of Shenhua Guohua Beijing Gas Thermal Power Project is a gas-steam combined-cycle thermal power generator with a power generation capacity of 950 MW, a heating capacity of 658 MW for a heat-supply service area of approximately 13,000,000 square meters. During the trial run, the generator demonstrated stable operations with emission indicators of soot, sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxide outperforming the emission limits of gas-fired generators as stipulated in the "Emission Standards of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants" (emission
limits of soot, sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxide for gas-fired generators are 5mg/m3,
35mg/m3 and 50mg/m3 respectively) and plant boundary noise reaching the standard of category one. The generator is operated by Shenhua Guohua (Beijing) Gas Thermal Power Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
