Reference is made to the announcement of China Suntien Green Energy Corporation Limited (the "Company") dated 2 September 2014 relating to the resignation of Mr. Xiao Gang as a vice chairman, a non-executive director and a member of the audit committee of the Company with effect from 2
September 2014.
The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that Mr. Qin Gang, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the audit committee with effect from 26
November 2014. Following the appointment of Mr. Qin Gang, the members of the audit committee are
Mr. Wang Xiang Jun (chairman), Mr. Qin Gang and Mr. Yue Man Yiu Matthew.
Following the appointment of Mr. Qin Gang, the Company will re-comply with the requirement of Rule
3.21 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
