NACEX, the Logista Group parcel and express courier firm, held last November 11th its XXIII National Convention in Madrid, a key event to review with the staff the main achievements during fiscal year 2017 and set the strategic lines for the future.

The convention, under the motto 'Committed to excellence', gathered over 300 representatives of the NACEX network of franchises in Spain, Portugal and Andorra, as well as part of the managing teams of the Logista Group, NACEX and other group companies.

Pedro Fuillerat, NACEX's General Manager, opened the event with a balance of last fiscal year, completed with very satisfactory results due to the growth trend started in recent years. He also underlined the key milestones during 2017, like the new opening of platforms at Valencia and Porto, the implementation of 'My Preferred Delivery' to boost deliveries' efficiency and the development of the new corporate website www.nacex.es. Regarding new future projects, he highlighted the opening of a new platform in Madrid during 2018.

As a novelty, the convention included the participation of Victor Küppers who, with his speech 'Living with enthusiasm', invited to reflect on reinforcing motivation in work and life. He also shared his formula for success, 'value equals the sum of knowledge and skills multiplied by attitude. Knowledge and skills are important, but attitude makes the difference'.

Awards to franchises with the most outstanding performance

As it is already traditional, franchises with the most outstanding performance during 2017 were awarded during the convention, with awards to the 10 best franchises in quality and the 3 best sales performances across different categories
