Notice on the New Corporate Structure for Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Group

Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Inc. (HQ: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director & President: Tamio Yoshimatsu, to be referred to as "the Company" hereafter) has been conducting its business operations under the fundamental principle of "One Company, One Management" since its establishment following business integration on April 1, 2017. Please be informed that in order to further promote such business operations, and in order to realize further growth by simplifying the organization and accelerating decision-making speed, the Company has determined a new Group corporate structure as described below starting from January 2018.

Furthermore, in addition to the change in the Company's trade name, the integration of the beverage operation companies and the change in their trade names* which have already been announced previously, the Company decided to integrate the functional support companies for the Coca-Cola System in Japan (Coca-Cola IBS Co., Ltd., Coca-Cola Business Sourcing Co., Ltd., Coca-Cola Customer Marketing Co., Ltd., and FV Corporation Co., Ltd) as wholly-owned subsidiaries by the end of this year, in agreement with Hokkaido Coca-Cola Bottling Co., Limited, Michinoku Coca-Cola Bottling Co., Ltd., Hokuriku Coca-Cola Bottling Co., Ltd., Okinawa Coca-Cola Bottling Co., Ltd., and the Coca-Cola (Japan) Co., Ltd. It has also been determined that the Group companies relevant with the beverage business will be integrated and have their trade names changed concurrently.

* Already disclosed by "Notice on the organizational restructuring of CCBJI Group and change of trade names of CCBJI and its subsidiary" dated as of October 27, 2017.

１． Overview of the organizational restructuring as of January 1, 2018 ① In order to clarify its role as a holding company, the Company will change its trade name to "Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Holdings Inc." effective as of January 1, 2018.

② The Company's subsidiaries, "Coca-Cola East Japan Co., Ltd.", "Coca-Cola West Co.,

Ltd.", "Shikoku Coca-Cola Bottling Co., Ltd.", "Coca-Cola West Products Co., Ltd.", "Coca- Cola West Sales Equipment Service Co., Ltd.", and "Coca-Cola Business Sourcing Co.,Ltd.", which are responsible for the Company's beverage business, will be integrated with Coca-Cola East Japan Co., Ltd. as the surviving company, and will change the trade name to "Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Inc.".

• ③ The trade name for "Coca-Cola West Vending Co., Ltd." will be changed to "Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Vending Co., Ltd."

• ④ The trade name for "Coca-Cola West Sales Support Co., Ltd." will be changed to

  "Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Sales Support, Co., Ltd."

• ⑤ "FV East Japan Co., Ltd.", "Wex Co., Ltd.", "West Japan Beverage Co., Ltd.", "Shikoku Canteen Co., Ltd.", and "FV Corporation Co., Ltd." will be integrated, and set the trade name following integration to "FV JAPAN CO., LTD."

• ⑥ The trade name for "Coca-Cola West Service Co., Ltd." will be changed to "Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Benefit Co., Ltd."
