Coca Cola Icecek : Corporate Governance Rating Revision

Sales FOR GENERAL RELEASE TO THE PUBLIC July 1, 2016 CCI's Corporate Governance Rating Increased to 9.45

On July 1, 2016, SAHA Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc. (SAHA), one of the companies which is certified by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) on Corporate Governance Rating, has revised Corporate Governance Rating of Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI) to 9.45 from 9.40, out of a maximum of 10.00.

According to the Principles issued by the CMB, the Corporate Governance Rating is determined by taking the weighted average of four headings which are given below:

CCI's revised corporate governance rating is determined taking into account its commitment to apply corporate governance principles, its willingness to manage this process dynamically and continuously, and finally the improvements recognized after the publication of the previous rating report.
