Disclosure pursuant to Article 14 of the Law of 02.05.2007

In accordance with the Law of 02.05.2007 relating to the disclosure of major holdings, Cofinimmo announces having received two notifications of shareholding from the Group Crédit Agricole with registered offices at 75008 Paris, 48 rue de la Boétie. Following the sale and then the acquisition of shares conferring voting rights, the Group Crédit Agricole's shareholding has dropped below the notification threshold of 5 % on 22.05.2017 and then has exceeded the notification threshold of 5 % on 29.05.2017.
