Concurrent Technologies Plc, a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, telecommunications, transportation, scientific and industrial markets, announces that it has been informed that David Evans-Hughes, a director of the Company, has today sold 4,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.5% of his shareholding, at 66 pence per share, taking his total holding to 880,506 shares, which remains at 1.2 per cent. ofthe issued share capital of the Company.
