Convergys Celebrates Move to New Location in Wichita
August 27, 2015Grand opening and ribbon-cutting celebration highlights new, modern contact center at Town West Square

(Cincinnati & Wichita, Kan.; August 27, 2015) Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in customer management, has moved into a new and improved location in Wichita and celebrating with a ribbon cutting. The company recently relocated its 350-seat call center to a newly-renovated space at Town West Square mall.

The official celebration will begin at 4 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, when the Convergys leadership team will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the new site. Convergys welcomes everyone in the community to join the event. A live radio remote will be taking place along with special guest, Wichita State University mascot WU Shock. The celebration will take place at the new location, Towne West Mall 4600 W Kellogg Dr. Wichita, KS 67209.

In addition to the opening the new facility, Convergys is recruiting to fill over 200 positions at the Wichita location. These positions are for Customer Service and Problem resolution reps.
