Wage Increase for Convergys Home Agent Program in Ogden, Utah

- Customer management leader hiring for work-at-home positions in the Ogden area-

(Cincinnati; May 31, 2013) Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in customer management, is actively recruiting and hiring Home Agents in the Ogden, UT area to provide customer service support for the Financial Service industry.

"We are excited to share that Convergys has increased the starting wages for this program by $2.00! Our positions also provide flexibility and benefits that are greatly appreciated by our agents. In addition, the elimination of a daily commute allows home agents to save money on gas, car maintenance, parking, meals, and other expenses," said Sally Jones, senior manager of recruiting for Convergys Home Agent program.

The positions in Ogden are Telecommute Agent positions which require the agents to train onsite for five and a half weeks before going home to work full time.  The application and interview process is virtual, but there will be an onsite meet and greet session to allow new hires to view the facility and try out the commute before they start working.  Convergys has also increased the starting wage for this program by $2.00.
