Wolfhausen, January 29, 2018 - As of February 1, 2018, FoamPartner will introduce a new management organization aimed at strengthening customer orientation and enhancing efficiency. The new organization reflects the merger between FoamPartner and Otto Bock Kunststoff following the acquisition of the company in 2017. The turnover has almost doubled as a result of the merger.



The following persons are members of the global Management Committee and report to FoamPartner CEO Michael Riedel:

  • Gregor Gaisböck, Head of Business Region Europe
  • Victor Liu, Head of Business Region Asia-Pacific
  • Olaf Vorwald, Head of Business Region Americas
  • Tobias Gruener, Head of Global Operations
  • Erhard Bühler, Chief Financial Officer

The Business Region Heads are in charge of sales within the relevant Business Region, and have regional profit and loss responsibility.

The Management Committee is supported by the members of the management team, which includes, among others, the following Global Business Unit (GBU) Heads:

  • Michael Krause, Head of GBU Specialties
  • Klaus Hellmold, Head of GBU Automotive Rolls
  • Kay Kosar, Head of GBU Acoustics & Thermal Solutions
  • Rita Kollbrunner, Head of GBU Living & Care
  • Martin Gerstenberg, Head of GBU Systems

The GBU Heads are responsible for ensuring that accumulated expertise is put to good use on a global scale with regard to markets and applications, as well as for innovation and best practice.

The other members of the new management team are:

  • Heribert Perler, Head of Foam Development & Product Engineering
  • Jens Hasenjäger, Head of SHEQ

With a view to facilitating a successful merger process and the effective integration of the two companies, Jürgen Henze, CEO of Otto Bock Kunststoff, will support FoamPartner CEO Michael Riedel in an advisory capacity.
