Corporate Travel Management : ASX Release – Company Secretary Resignation and Appointment

Corporate Travel Management Limited (CTM, ASX Code: CTD) announces that Brooke Connell has been appointed to the role of Chief Legal Officer and Joint Company Secretary. Brooke joins the company from Virgin Australia where she was Senior Legal Counsel. Brooke is admitted to practise as a lawyer in both Queensland, Australia and New York, U.S.A. and previously served as Managing Director and Deputy U.S. General Counsel of Canaccord Genuity. Ms Connell will join Mr Stephen Fleming, Global Chief Financial Officer and current Joint Company Secretary, in providing support to the Board of Directors with effect from 22nd July, 2016.

Lyndall McCabe is retiring from the company and today resigns the role of Company Secretary which she has held since CTM listed on the ASX in December 2010.

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Connell will be responsible for communications with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.
