In a bid to continue to inspire and attract the brightest minds to the world of construction, Countryside, one of the leading home builders specialising in placemaking and urban regeneration, has presented the model of the Canning Town East City Point (ECP) scheme to the local Keir Hardie Primary School.

Working in partnership with Newham Council and Affinity Sutton, Countryside has completed a total of 649 mixed-tenure homes at ECP, a new energy centre and invested £7.4m in delivering new buildings at Keir Hardie Primary School.

Mustapha Medjaoud, Sales Manager at Countryside Partnerships South, said: 'We wanted to ensure our work lives on and demonstrate how a vision can transform lives, so presenting it to the school was most appropriate. The model has been an integral part of bringing this scheme alive. These children are our future and they could be the next generation of architects, designers and surveyors shaping the way we live, work and play.

'At Countryside, we don't just build houses and leave. We ensure we create sustainable communities fostering an enduring legacy for generations to come. We can only do this if we have the best talent making a success out of every scheme.'
