Vistry £1.2bn takeover of Countryside completes

On November 11, 2022, Countryside Partnerships Plc announced that the £1.2bn merger between Vistry Group PLC and the Company announced in September has legally completed, the Company stated that the deal went through when a copy of the court order received was delivered to the Registrar of Companies of England and Wales, with shares in the combined company set to start trading. In addition, the Company stated that as a result of the approval shares in the Company have today been suspended from the Stock Exchange, pending the complete removal when the merger goes through.
