Prague, Czech Republic - April 18, 2016. The multi-purpose centre Quadrio, on Národní třída already has 93% of its office capacity leased. The real estate group CPI Property Group has recently signed a lease agreement with Cushman & Wakefield and ZENOVA. 'Quadrio still has 1,133 square metres of office space available on two separate floors with the most amazing views of Prague. At this moment in time, we are in negotiations with specific candidates for the remaining available areas and we expect that by the end of 2016 we could achieve a 100% occupancy, 'said Pavel Semrád, CPI PG Director of Asset Management for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

On 15 April, Cushman & Wakefield moved into their new Quadrio headquarters on the fourth and sixth floor with a total area of 2,080 square metres of the multi-purpose centre.
