Craneware : Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

The Company's 2017 Annual Report has been posted to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the associated form of proxy. The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Craneware plc, 1 Tanfield, Edinburgh, EH3 5DA, UK, on 8 November 2017 at 2pm.

Among the resolutions will be the declaration of a final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2017 of 11.3 pence per share giving a total dividend for the year of 20.0 pence per share. The final dividend will be paid on 7 December 2017 to shareholders on the register as at 10 November 2017, with a corresponding ex-Dividend date of 9 November 2017.

The final dividend of 11.3 pence per share is capable of being paid in US dollars subject to a shareholder having registered to receive their dividend in US dollars under the Company's Dividend Currency Election, or who register to do so by the close of business on 10 November 2017. The exact amount to be paid will be calculated by reference to the exchange rate to be announced on 10 November 2017.
