Thierry Langreney and Henri Le Bihan become

Second effective managers of Crédit Agricole Assurances

The Board of Directors of Crédit Agricole Assurances and that of its subsidiary Predica met on 31 July and 29 July respectively and approved Frédéric Thomas's appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Assurances and Predica. Frédéric Thomas is currently Chief Executive Officer of the Normandie-Seine Regional Bank.

Frédéric Thomas will be taking over from Jérôme Grivet, who has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance for Crédit Agricole SA. Crédit Agricole Assurances regroups Crédit Agricole's insurance companies in France and abroad since 2009.

In addition, the following are being appointed second effective managers of Crédit Agricole Assurances, in addition to their current positions:

- Thierry Langreney, Chief Executive Officer of the non-life insurance company Pacifica

- Henri Le Bihan, Chief Executive Officer of the creditor insurance company Caci and Chairman of the healthcare professionals insurance company La Médicale.

Henri Le Bihan has also been appointed second effective manager, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the life insurance company Predica.

These new functions will be effective from 1 September 2015.

Biographies

Frédéric Thomasbegan his career with the Pas de Calais Regional Bank in 1982, where he held various positions, including Head of Financing from 1993 to 1996, then Head of Networks from 1996 to 2000. In 2000, Frédéric Thomas was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Charente-Maritime Deux-Sèvres Regional Bank. Since 2007, Frédéric Thomas has been Chief Executive Officer of the Crédit Agricole Normandie-Seine Regional Bank and President of Crédit Agricole Technologies as well as member of the board of Adicam since 2010.

Frédéric Thomasgraduated in agronomic engineering from ENSA Rennes and has a postgraduate DESS in business administration.

Thierry Langreneybegan his career with UAP in 1982, where he held various regional executive positions until 1997. Thierry Langreney then became Chief Executive Officer of the Nord Picardie Champagne Region for AXA Assurances. In 2001, he was appointed Head of Strategy and Strategic Planning for the AXA Group, and the shareholder representative for the Benelux, Germany and Eastern Europe. In 2006, Thierry Langreney joined the Crédit Agricole Group, first at Crédit Agricole S.A. then Crédit Agricole Assurances, as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Director of International Insurance and Head of Corporate Finance and Life activities. Until 2010, Thierry Langreney was International Director at Crédit Agricole Assurances. Since 1 December 2010, Thierry Langreney has been Chief Executive Officer of Pacifica.

Thierry Langreneyis an Ecole Polytechnique and Institut des Actuaires Français graduate.

Henri Le Bihanbegan his career in insurance with Mutuelles du Mans (1981). From 1986, he served as Technical Director then Chief Executive Officer of the brokerage firm GMRA. In 1990, he founded the consultancy Ingénierie Banque Assurance (IBA). In 1997, he joined the financial services arm of the PPR group (now Kering) to develop its savings and insurance business. As Chief Executive Officer of Finaref Assurance, he was appointed a member of the Management Board and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Finaref in 2004. In 2006, Henri Le Bihan joined Crédit Agricole Assurances as Executive Director in charge of the Technical Division and Death & Disability Insurance at Predica, in addition to being appointed as Chief Executive Officer of La Médicale.Since 2008, Henri Le Bihan has been Chief Executive Officer of Caci (Crédit Agricole Creditor Insurance) and Chairman of La Médicale.

Henri Le Bihangraduated from Centre des Hautes Etudes d'Assurance (CHEA).
