Foncière Inéa is a SIIC** specialising in new office real estate in the regions (€600 million in assets). The purpose of its first Green Euro PP operation, totalling €100 million, is to finance the acquisition of properties meeting the highest environmental standards and to continue its expansion plan. LCL, Foncière Inéa's principal bank, which acted as agent and coordinator for the initial €80 million syndicated loan, benefitted from Group synergies. In particular, Amundi, acting as lead investor, and four Regional Banks (Aquitaine, Centre-Est, Languedoc and Toulouse 31) subscribed to it, and CACEIS acted as financial agent for the bond issue.
* Euro Private Placement: medium- or long-term financing transactions, for listed or unlisted companies, with a small number of investors and based on ad-hoc documentation; it can be implemented as a bond issue or a loan.
