CUSTOM SOLUTIONS (ISIN: FR0010889386 - Ticker: ALSOL) major player in France of marketing & digital solutions announces today a 40 % controlling equity investment in the company 'Incentive Office' (brand name : Highten).


40 % CONTROLLING EQUITY INVESTMENT IN THE COMPANY 'INCENTIVE OFFICE'


Custom Solutions announces the acquisition of a 40% stake in the company Incentive Office (based in Issy les Moulineaux) mainly by increasing capital. Custom Solutions is thus becoming its first shareholder, alongside Incentive Office's three partners and founding leaders.

Incentive Office, which operates under the trade name 'Highten', specializes in the design and the management of digital marketing offers in the distribution networks. Their unique offer relies on the commitment of the whole distribution chain: it is based on an innovative digital platform allowing advertisers to manage their campaigns by integrating them as real steering lever and business acceleration. Incentive Office, which has a 100% digital subsidiary in Bordeaux 'Numéric Workshop', achieved a € 2.7 million turnover in 2014 and a net income close to 8%.



STRENGTHENING OUR OFFER IN MARKETING AND DIGITAL


With this significant stake acquisition, the Group confirms its acquisition strategy in marketing and digital in France. The recognized expertise of Incentive Office on the market of marketing offers in the distribution networks will enable the Group to strengthen its offering for this segment among its historic customers. This acquisition also strengthens the Group's IT skills with a new digital platform of distribution networks animations and a new IT team.

Both companies will set up a strategic steering committee to develop marketing, commercial and digital synergies, in order to accelerate their respective growth and their Products offer.

FUTURE PROSPECTS


Incentive Office wishes to rely on the power of the Group to accelerate its development, particularly of the new platform. The latter, multilingual and duplicable in Europe, should enable the Group to meet its customer major european accounts and establish its leadership in the marketing & digital market in Europe. The Company 'Highten' expects a 2-digit turnover growth in the coming years. The strengthening of its financial resources will allow it to accelerate its digital investment and thus enhance its digital transformation.
